About Martin's Appraisals
Martin’s Appraisals is an independent residential appraisal practice providing thorough, well-documented valuation services for lenders, attorneys, estates, and private property owners.
With experience dating back to 2004, I’ve completed assignments on a wide range of properties, including standard single-family homes, rural residences, small acreages, hobby farms, and properties with outbuildings and unique site characteristics.
Every report is prepared to be clear, supportable, and compliant with current industry standards, including USPAP and applicable lender guidelines.
- Certified Residential in Maryland & Pennsylvania
- Comfortable with rural, suburban, and agricultural-influenced markets
- Detailed narrative commentary – not “check-box only” reports

Lenders, Attorneys & Other Professionals
I work with a variety of clients, including banks, credit unions, mortgage brokers, attorneys, accountants, and fiduciaries. Assignments are accepted with clear engagement letters and communication about turn-time expectations and intended use.
Reports are delivered electronically in PDF format, and can be tailored to meet many common lender form requirements and narrative needs for legal and estate work.

- Availability for follow-up questions about the report
- Ability to address rural and mixed-use influences where applicable
Client Feedback
A few examples of the type of feedback often received:

- “Professional, on time, and patient in explaining the process to my client. I would gladly work together again.”
